“Going through the home building process is already a stressful prospect, but I got to add bringing my first daughter into the world at the same time as my closing date was supposed to hit. My closing date also happened to fall just before Washington went into the COVID 19 shutdown. Luckily, my wife and I had contracted with Sydney to help with the home build and purchase. Sydney was extremely responsive to questions and quick to help in any way that she could. She was a huge part of making sure that we got into our new home before we potentially missed out due to the shutdown and helped a ton with the stress of decision making and build requests. She is an extremely valuable addition to any real estate purchase and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, she works for the best brokerage in Tri-Cities. Buying a house during Century 21's "Move is on Us" program was AWESOME. We got our entire house packed up and moved essentially for free through the program. That was kind of huge for the situation we were in. Anyways, Sydney is awesome. If you're thinking about building, she knows what she's doing and can help you design EXACTLY the house that you want.”
